Our club runs 2 hour sessions

and is open to all

at present we start at school starting age (4 1/2 years old)

we have no upper age limit

if we do not do a class that is suitable

we will endeavor to generate enough interest

so as we may offer the requested class

Gymnastics is a sport for all, it offers children to adults a chance to keep fit, agile and to learn to be self confident, motivated, organised.You will become not only an individual training in the sport but part of a team in which mutual trust and commitment will aid your progression and communication skills.
